Positive mental health

Participation in running can have many benefits to our mental wellbeing but sometimes a little extra support is needed. To access support from the LGBT Health & Wellbeing Centre follow this link to https://www.lgbthealth.org.uk or call the LGBT Helpline on 0300 123 2523. They have a range of services including individual 1-1 support and social support. The helpline is open Tuesday & Wednesday between 12-9pm and Thursday and Sunday 1-6pm. You do not need a diagnosis of mental ill health to access any of their services.
