Track Sessions
We offer regular track sessions for full members providing covering various running exercises and speed work. Venues are subject to change, additional fees may apply for track access. Full members can book-in and check details on Spond.
All sessions are led by our UK Athletics accredited coaches and appropriate for anyone who can run 5km continuously, adjustments can be made if needed.
Coaches will provide a warm up before the session begins, with instructions and support throughout the session before a cooldown at the end.
