We’re always looking for new members, so whether you’re looking to try a new activity, improve your running, or meet a new group of people, it would be great to have you join us! ❤️

Don’t be shy, give it a try!
Sign up as a ‘run4free’ member, and try out the club on a Thursday or a Sunday. You can run with us four times for free. It will save time if you signup for run4free membership before you arrive - select the run4free membership below!
Our Tuesday coaching sessions are for full members only.
Membership options
After your four free runs, you can move to one of our membership options:
Full membership
Concessionary membership (for students, unemployed people, and people over 65)
At the start of each year, we also offer a ‘Couch to 5K’ membership (full and concessionary) for beginners, which includes all the benefits of a full membership. The 2024 programme has already started and sign up is now closed. Sign up for 2025 will open in December.
