New year, new you? Join our Couch to 5K (C25K) programme and become a runner in 2026.
The 9-week programme begins on Tuesday 6 Jan 2026
Our standard C25K membership is £14, and our concessionary price (for students, any person over 65 years of age or any person who is unemployed) is £7*. This cost includes the whole training plan, plus membership to the club until August 2026 at the end of the programme, so you can continue to run with us.
You must be 18+ to join.
*You must be a student, unemployed, or over 65 to qualify for a concessionary membership
